My office is situated in the heart of the North Calgary. Humble, but very comfortable, I think you will find my office warm and welcoming. After 28 years of working in a variety of health promoting and change inspiring roles and environments, I have come to believe wholeheartedly that humour, humility and expertise are some of the crucial elements for success in this work. I am confident that you will quickly feel supported, respected and validated in our time spent together. You may also be surprised at how much space there can be for a laugh while tackling the tough things we need to address in our lives.

I am available for daytime, evening and occasional weekend sessions. Please contact me to arrange for a free 10 to 15 min consultation and introduction over the phone. If you would like, we can then book an Initial Intake Session. I book 1.5 hours for these first appointments (billed at $200). I do this in order to ensure we have added time to review confidentiality, the logistics and details of counselling, as well as your rights and what to expect in therapy. This also ensures we will still have a full hour to start getting to know one another and to explore the themes and topics you would like some support in addressing.

My standard rate for therapy is $175 per hour. If we are working through formal therapeutic interventions for Trauma, there may be some sessions that require 90 min.

I may have capacity to employ a “sliding scale” in some circumstances. Please inquire and we will discuss this further in an initial session.
